I am one of those people who knows useless knowledge... I love learning, period. I am a certified Linguistics major, and soon to be a double major with Criminal Justice. In the process is my accomplishments of achieving proficiency in Spanish based cultures and their languages (Brazil, Mexico, and Spain), Russian (Russia and Ukraine), and Arabic (Egypt). I love decorating my Christmas tree, so much so that I put mine up much earlier than most normal people do! Basically my rule is – once the Adelaide Christmas Pageant has been, I get to put my tree up. In November. Anyway, each year I like to do different decorations, and each year I remember how flippin’ expensive the really nice ones are! A part of me just can’t justify spending $30 on tiny little pink mushrooms for my tree (ahem – the other part of me could, so I did buy them. That’s another story). I saw some ornaments similar to these glass ones in one of the big department stores and they were ridiculously expensive. Making them is so easy, and you can get the plain baubles in craft stores quite cheaply.
